What's in the box?

Depends on your subscription!

The Crown: Our wreath only option brings a 17" seasonal wreath.

Spruce Up: Our bouquet only option brings a mix of 16-24 dried and faux botanical stems (florals and greenery)

Full Bloom: The best of it all! This option brings both the wreath from The Crown and the stems from the Spruce up. Best Value!

How long will it take top receive my order?

Items in stock typically take 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. Items ship via USPS and UPS.

Subscription orders are shipped on schedule and you can check the dates here

Can I track my order?

After placing your order, you may click the “My Account” link to see the status of your order. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address that has been given at the time of your account setup.

You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the My Accounts links section.

Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number (when the items have shipped).

Can I cancel anytime?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by signing in to your account. Cancellations/requests must be received before renewal to avoid receiving the box and incurring cancellation fees. Cancellation requests after billing will take effect for the following billing date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Canceling your subscription after renewal does not provide you a refund for any already-paid or shipped boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge.  If you would like to request the cancellation of a pre-shipped order after billing has taken place, please contact us at contact@justgreenerybox.com. Please understand that if an exception is granted, there is a 15% cancellation/restocking fee to do so.
