How long will my order take to arrive?

Items typically take 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. Items ship via USPS and UPS.

How can I check my order status?

Go to “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. All subscription sales are final.

How do I track an order?

After placing your order, you may click the “My Account” link to see the status of your order.

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address that has been given at the time of your account setup.

You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the My Accounts links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number (when the items have shipped).

I didn't receive my box, what now?

If your tracking information status reads "delivered", please contact us and also reach out to your carrier.

If it has not been delivered, please contact the carrier directly to locate the package.

Please reach out to us within a timely manner as the subscriptions sell out fairly quickly and sometimes we may need to find your package to guarentee a replacement.

When will I be billed and when does my box ship?

After your initial purchase, your credit card will be charged according to the schedule below. 

Spring | Last date to cancel: Jan 25 | Billing Feb 1 | Shipping: March

Summer | Last date to cancel: April 25 | Billing May 1 | Shipping: June

Fall | Last date to cancel: July 25 | Billing Aug 1 | Shipping: September

Winter | Last date to cancel: Oct 25 | Billing Nov 1 | Shipping: December

Are you able to ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not ship internationally.

Can I use a discount code for my order?

Yes! You may use a discount code for your subscription order but by doing so you agree to a 2 box minimum purchase. If you do not want to subscribe or agree to the 2 box minimum purchase, you may use your discount for a single box.

How do I update my information?

You can update your payment information at any time by logging into My Account using the email you registered with.

If you never activated your account, please reach out to contact@justgreenerybox.com so that we can resend your activation email. 

What's the cost of shipping?

Shipping rates are based on location. At this time we are offering a flat rate for our subscriptions but that will vary depending on carrier shipping rates and season.


When will I be charged?

Your accounts will be charged within at checkout.

After the initial payment, your account will follow the billing dates below.

Spring: Feb 1
Summer: May 1
Fall: Aug 1
Winter: Nov 1

Returns & Cancellations

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by signing in to your account. Cancellations/requests must be received before renewal to avoid receiving the box and incurring cancellation fees. Cancellation requests after billing will take effect for the following billing date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Canceling your subscription after renewal does not provide you a refund for any already-paid or shipped boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge.  If you would like to request the cancellation of a pre-shipped order after billing has taken place, please contact us at contact@justgreenerybox.com. Please understand that if an exception is granted, there is a 15% cancellation/restocking fee to do so.
